I have found that the European people have a grave misconception of the average American. They have a picture of an arrogant and selfish bunch. Based on the Bozos they encounter they have every reason to think this because they rarely get to meet your run of the mill everyday American such as me for example! Also due to the fact that most americans are actually pigs, over indulging and taking to much for granted.
To understand their reasoning you have to put your self in their place. They see a bunch of self centered shallow fat cat American tourists,George dubya du du bush.If you think about it how many average Americans actualy go to Europe? Not many, so if they rarely get to meet the average American who do they have to base their conclusions? Don't be concerned because they now have one. This is how I come into play. I volunteer to become the Diplomate for the regular American guy in Spain!

I have made several freinds since I have been here in Spain and I get the same responce from all of them. They have a picture in their heads that all Americans are like the rich asshole republicans they meet that come here in their yaghts. They are relieved to hear that more and more Americans are finaly seeing past the Bush Shit.
When I explain how corrupt and manipulative our system is they are puzzled as to how we could let this happen.
The only explaination I can give them is that Americans got fat and lazy and did not see bush coming.
One of the reasons it is hard to explain how Americans are to these people is because they live in a much more practical World. For example they make less money here but they consitantly live better than we do.
When I explain that credit card institutions purposely over extend credit making it impossible to pay back the principal, they can't belive how a government could allow such antics.
When I explain that the corporations are the Government in America, such as Georgie dubya and his cronies, then they begin to understand.
I am getting a very favorable turn in favor of Americans now that they relize most americans are nothing like the assholes they have been exposed to.
Now if only I can get Diplomatic license to import my belongings without paying duty! The European people epecialy like to hear me Bash the Bush as this also reassures them as to his lack of support by the regular guy.
I will persue this Hoping to have the best Anti Bush(Anti Nazi) audiance a Bush Basher could ever hope to find. It's even more popular to Bash Bush here than in the States! Being they don't candy coat the facts here.
